Taking a trip down memory lane, Dr Mathews Phosa one of the Founding Fathers of South Africa’s Constitution sat with Signature Africa Network’s Ditebogo Diale at what is now Constitution Hill and shared his personal relationship and history with the Constitution, as well as the  issues he feels South Africans  need to draw the line on.
